Etere will be showcasing its IP capabilities with NewTek NDI Protocol at IBC 2016. Newtek NDI is an open standard for IP workflows over Ethernet networks. Etere integrates NDI technologies seamlessly with its advanced 4K, IT-based solution and cost-efficient video management system , Etere ETX. ETX is a complete channel in a box with full IP in and out capabilities for multiple frames capabilities that is able to drive the most popular HD/SD digital video/audio/graphics platforms without using middle-ware/proprietary hardware.
With video over IP compatibility, customers now have the option to tap into the expansive benefits of incorporating IP technologies into their workflow including multiple stream speeds, embedded sync data, multicasting support and packet sequence numbers for identification of missing packets during the streaming process.
