SUPPORT SERVICE

 ETERE supplies its customers with a technical support service 24h/24h, 365 days a year. Office hours are: 9:00-13:30/14:30-18:00 MET,     working days Monday to Friday.   In case of urgent problems out this  hours you can call +39  339 8317099

Do not forget to consult our knowledge base. In case there is no solution to your problem turn to the support service and specify the following:

 module where you have the problem
 Etere error message
 operations you have effected till that
 moment
 do not forget to mention if the
 problem has occured before

Before shipping to our headquarters hardware to be repaired, you need an RMA number.
