Furthermore, the data integrity of files is protected with Etere's MD5 checksum capabilities that ensures data integrity and an error-free wrapper during and after file movements. MD5 checksum feature is one of the most commonly used signature methods to ensure that files are not corrupted or modified each time it is moved. Etere T-Workflow copies the image according to the MD5 metadata that it contains. If the MD5 does not exist, it is automatically created and copied to the public image folder using MD5 as the file name. However, to avoid duplication of data, the system would automatically overwrite any existing files with the same MD5 properties. Etere checks the schedule to match images to the correct VOD content. If there are no matches in 15 days, the image is automatically deleted via workflow.
